We've developed a proprietary platform that simplifies the process for all users across the board. With integrated referral chat, providers can easily exchange updates without sifting through emails. New clinical documents, lab orders, ROCs, and therapy adjustments can be uploaded seamlessly, while additional therapies are added with ease. Invoicing is processed directly within the patient chart for an efficient workflow and access to completed visit notes and upcoming visit dates is ready available.

  • If your patient experiences any sudden changes in their health, such as hospitalization or an adverse reaction to a recent therapy session, please reach out to our coordinator immediately. We can assist in placing the patient on hold or initiating the discharge process as needed.

  • If a patient’s doctor adjusts their medication dosage or prescribes a new medication, it is crucial to inform the Atúlo Health team. This ensures the patient’s prescription is updated and administered correctly.

  • If a patient’s medication has not arrived on time or as expected, please contact the Atúlo Health team. We will assist in tracking the shipment and resolving any delivery issues.

  • If you have any questions regarding your patient’s care plan, including details about treatments, therapies, or procedures being performed, please reach out to the Atúlo Health team for clarification.
