In-App Deletion Path: You can initiate a deletion request directly within the mobile app by navigating to Profile > Delete Account.
Web Deletion Path: You can submit a deletion request by emailing our support team at support@atulocare.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."
Upon verification of your identity, we will process your deletion request and remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally or contractually obligated to retain certain information (e.g., for regulatory compliance, audit purposes, or fraud prevention).
